Established grounds and plenty of open space characterise the Independent Living Units in our Village. We recognise that a retirement village is more than real estate, and our village reflects the need for privacy, functionality and opportunity.

We understand that the move to a retirement village may take some time to decide, but once made, many residents question why they did not make the move sooner!.

At present there are 39 Independent Living Units with others proposed in our long-term development plans. These proposed units will have 2 or 3 bedrooms, and will be built and outfitted with quality fittings, each with a single lock up garage attached. The units in our previous development have all been built to be aged friendly, thus allowing residents to be confident that as they age there will be no inherent design that will inhibit their mobility.

Caloundra Adventist Retirement Village also has some rental units with either one or two bedrooms. However, there is a waiting list for these units.
