Established grounds and plenty of open space characterise the Independent Living Units in our Village. Designed to capture the essence of the tropics, our village has expanded to 190 units comprising of spacious one, two and three bedrooms. Quality fixtures and fittings are used and most units come with air-conditioning, car ports or single lock up garages. Units are sold on a Licence to Occupy basis and a Deferred Management Fee (or Exit Fee) is charged upon termination of the Licence Agreement.

A dedicated maintenance team ensures that not only is your unit kept looking great but the grounds and village environments are maintained to a high standard. All units come with a Vital Call pendant to be used for emergencies only. Staff are available 24 hours a day to attend should you make an emergency call.

Other services include attending our Aged Care Facility for meals or you also have the option of having your meals delivered by our ‘Tucker on Tyres’ Service for a small fee. This service can be long or short term and is particularly helpful if residents are suffering illness.

The Village has a broad range of services available within close proximity such as doctors, dentists, chiropractors, hearing aid services, x ray facilities etc. The Yeppoon Base Hospital and Mater Hospital are situated in Yeppoon. A brand new public hospital is currently being built in Yeppoon. Major regional hospitals are located in Rockhampton if you were ever in need.
