Care Manager

Adventist Retirement village is seeking a suitably qualified person to lead our Aged Care team at Victoria Point.

Duties will include providing clinical/operational oversight of the 123 (High/Low and Special Care Beds) and Community Care Program, ensuring that the Quality of Care provided exceeds government standards, and ensuring that financial and Human Resource Benchmarks set by the Corporate Office are met.

This is a particularly exciting time to enter the role , as a significant Captial redevelopment and expansion of the site is planned to commence in the near future.
