The role

In collaboration with and under the supervision of the Care Manager, provide expert clinical guidance, consultation, assessment and coordination of care services to ensure the needs of the aged care residents in the facility are met and exceeded in a caring and safe Christian environment where excellence can thrive. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Current registration with the AHPRA..
• Post-graduate training in Nursing, Health Management, Gerontology, Aged Care Management or similar preferred.
• Prior experience in coordination of Clinical Care.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written,
• Proven staff coaching skills
• Experience in ACFI assessments, calculations and submissions.
• Experience in accreditation processes required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services.
• Computer literacy in Word and Excel together with good written and oral skills.
• Experience in dementia care.
