Our Independent Living Units are designed for retirees. They are modern and well designed, enabling residents to relax in the knowledge that we care for the Village with their security and investment in mind. All units are built in brick and tile, with all having a single garage which is accessible from inside the unit.

Our more recent three bedroom units have racked ceilings which give the units an open, spacious feel to them. You will enjoy the patio too - accessible from both the master bedroom and the dining area. With an ensuite and walk in wardrobe, the units ooze warmth and comfort.

Our grounds are well planted and landscaped, which facilitates not only attractive surroundings, but also provides privacy to our residents and a great home for the wildlife that has also made Melody Park their home too.

As a registered Retirement Village, our Public Information Document outlines all of our legal and financial information as required by the Qld Government Retirement Villages Act.
