Residents who choose who live in our Independent Living Units enjoy the freedom that retirement affords. Our 30 acre site provides space and opportunity for you to relax and enjoy your retirement.

Residents can leave for holidays with friends or family knowing that while they are away the grounds will be kept tidy and the lawns will be mowed. They live independently from any other facility within the Village. Units are designed to be comfortable, open and  can facilitate the delivery of home care.

Our units come complete with air conditioning, solar hot water systems, electric garage doors and full security. Most units have a single garage attached.

Within close proximity to the Village are a number of medical facilities including doctors, dentists, physiotherapist, dental, X Ray, medical laboratories, chiropractors, etc. The Cineplex complex and Redland City Council Library compliment the many new restaurants near the Lakeside shopping centre. Two hospitals, the Mater Private and the Redlands Public are located about 7kms from the Village. We are located close to Moreton Bay and with all it’s attractions, so there should never be a dull moment!.
