Residents who choose who live in our Independent Living Units enjoy the freedom that retirement affords. Our 30 acre site provides space and opportunity for you to relax and enjoy your retirement.

They can leave for holidays with friends or family knowing that while they are away that the grounds will be kept tidy and the lawns will be mowed. They live independently from any other facility within the Village. Units are designed to be comfortable and are planned for aging in place, with most units having a single garage attached.

Our unit come complete with air conditioning, solar hot water systems, electric garage doors and full security.

Within close proximity to the Village are a number of medical facilities including doctors, dentists, physiotherapist, dental, X Ray, medical laboratories, chiropractors, etc. The new Cineplex complex, together with the new Library compliments the many new restaurants near the lakeside shopping centre. Two hospitals, the Mater Private and the Redlands Public are located about 7 kms from the Village. We are located close to Moreton Bay and with all it’s attractions, there should never be a dull moment!.

As a registered Retirement Village, our Public Information Document outlines all of our legal and financial information as required by the Qld Government Retirement Villages Act.

We are a fully accredited Retirement Vilage as prescribed by the Retirement Villages of Australia.
